Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 50 pounds.
Pet deposit is $150 per pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $150 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.

We love pets here at The Palace, and your four-legged friends will surely fall in love with our Arlington, TX community. We have 2 spacious bark parks where they can stretch their legs. Our pet policy can be found above, but if you have any other questions, please call us at (817) 859-8175.
